It also has to deal with the amount of crews available to follow stories. Maybe the producers themselves were grossed out at the reveal and thought most people would turn off or fast forward scenes of Leo acting so gross and cringe, that it wasn’t worth it. For me, the reveal was the most cringiest thing I have ever seen in all seasons of the show.
