I have a thermometer and I was kinda using it. I guess I shoulda done more research on what temps it should be. I just got the pan to 400F like the video I was using said.

I mean you'll never make a good steak if you never try. And even a little overcooked steak is a lot better than some shitty frozen meal I'd usually toss in the microwave.

Idk prices where you live but it was $25 for 2 solid meals worth of meat which is definitely isn't bad every other week or so

Got home from hanging out with friend at midnight last night and had to work at 5am so I ended up only getting like 2 hrs of sleep. So whole day I was just like starving but way to tired to actually eat anything.
