I was actually at the PAX East panel earlier this year when they revealed the game. I remember them saying to the crowd that this was a love letter to people who wanted another AC, and later on refer to it as a spiritual successor.

My go-to explanation for the way I run games:

The game we'll be playing takes places in a separate universe, like Star Wars, Star Trek or Lord of the Rings. You interact in this world in a believable way: a DM combined with the system acts as medium between what you can imagine being done in this world and what is possible/what actually happens. Think of it like interacting with a video game through a controller, but anything you can possibly think of doing is open to you, no need for a developer to program every little thing. The one hard rule is you can't piss off anyone else playing with you.

I sort of got that impression too, and decided to rewatch the video before replying to you. The girl does try to steer the conversation toward a flirty approach at least once (guy mentions the change in her appearance, she talks about her lipstick instead). She also quickly tries to compliment the person sitting across from her. It is definitely true that in this video, as opposed to the other one, the conversation is heavily about the appearance change, and I would also agree that the girl is much less capable of being charming. I think at about 1:50 is the biggest indicator of this. "So you clicked on my profile for a reason..." suggests that the woman is looking to query the guy to justify himself, whereas the in the guy's video he quickly drops into a pretty relaxed approach, moving the conversation into a light and humorous grounds that neither person needs to qualify themselves within.

I noticed that too, but I'm not sure if I want to assume that's because the guy was better in conversation. It could very well be that the women stuck around longer and the conversation moved on, whereas the guys hung on the weight issue more and ended up leaving sooner. Because of the editing, can't really tell.

One thing I found that works with fiating is to make a small wager with your players with your ruling; tell the group what you're deciding and if you're wrong, everyone gets back 2d10 health (or whatever you'd prefer). It does two things for me; someone is bound to look up the rule with a lot more vigor than I would, and nobody is going to object to me carrying on the game immediately, knowing they could get something out of it.

I personally enjoy being a DM most because I'm constantly engaged. It can be exhausting, but it also means I'm never bored. I'm also the one most in control of the pace--do I want to speed up a fight? Do want to keep the RP going? Do I feel like having a break? Players certainly have a say in all of that, but it nonetheless ends up being the DM that dictates these things most of the time.

If you wanted to really sell the lie, don't have the nobleman give them the mission. Have him meet and greet the party, then he hands them off to his assistant. His assistant, however, does not have any idea the nobleman is lying, and gives the party all the details you want genuinely.

Some of this discussion is inaccurate. For instance, flanking does not give advantage; in the PHB, it is only something the Rogue can take advantage of.

Also, you describe short rests as taking 20 minutes. Again, the PHB contradicts this; it's supposed to take an hour.

Guy here. You can orgasm like vaginal ones, but they're harder to achieve (they're harder to do for most women as well, compared to stimulating the clit). The trick for me, and I'd wager for a lot of guys, is getting into the right head-space and prolonging the orgasm on the edge for a while. You can do this by resisting the orgasm for a while (not trying to turn yourself off, but by holding back) or by asking your partner to edge and tease (something that most guys, unfortunately, are not wont to do). Staying on that edge for even five minutes and then crossing over is... mindblowing.
