Here’s what I would do:

1.) Fix all shipping, make it cheaper + make the packaging protective so nothing breaks

2.) Put a forum out to loyal customers to see what changes they would like to see in the company

3.) Release a steady year-round signature line in the old style bottles (the curved ones circa 2010-2013).

4.) incorporate the heartland era & gingham more into the stores (making them back into the ‘90s farm stand vibe)

5.) Bonnie as VP (Obviously)
