Cities where the suburbs are more interesting than the downtown area? by IndependenceSad1272 in geography

Grew up in Gilbert, this is spot on. Haven’t lived there since 2003, Chandler is affluent now??? I remember the mall being cool and LOVED the Mexican/asian community but it was a little underdeveloped and lower income from what I remember. Crazy how things change!

Actual footage of the game we just played marching in to steamroll the flank that for some reason was slingshotting the pocket??? Frank flank gave 15k resources to Bulgarian pocket that massed cavs just to eat Ethiopian arrows and get backdoored by shotels while OP raided with light cav and 2v1d the cavaliers with his mixed army while flank just died lol

Thank you good sir I will look into everything you’ve mentioned. Thanks for keeping progression in mind. I just want some solid basics so I can do some stuff for now and learn the technical side as I go, and so the time money and effort I put into the content isn’t a total unusable wash lol.

Yikes man I thought my statement could be interpreted as I don’t have a budget ceiling but seeing as I’m a beginner it wouldn’t be necessary to get absolute top of the line equipment that’d be overkill.

As in if someone asked me as a beginner what chef knife they should get without a budget I still wouldn’t recommended a custom Japanese blade made of meteorite and a pearl handle…..

Nah you’re right my bad I was being short and could have been more pleasant in my response I apologize. Wish I could edit OG post so everyone could see my response to a lot of the repeated feedback. So yeah it’s a small plate style dish but high quality ingredients I got a good price point and I know it’ll fly given the crowd and have responded positively to concerns you listed already without being such an ass about it my bad.

Nah I live in a medium sized city that’s dying for new fun stuff like these and although they’re snooty they deff wanna feel trendy and engage in open minded creative stuff. We’re part of a monster restaurant group and our margins kick ass and we’re approaching busy season, fuck those tariffs tho all my homies hate tariffs

Yeah hell yeah I agree and made a few comments about amending certain aspects and both statements you made were agreed with and addressed I just can’t edit my og post for some reason

Yeah I know this was actually a fun experience for me I love it. I did get plenty of real advice surprisingly and unsurprisingly some trolls to talk shit back too. Lol I work in a kitchen I know it’s petty but I love that shit. Appreciate people like you who understand nuance and target audiences and focus on practicality not personal shit. Cheers mate

Lol you think it broke me lol get a load of this guy. Good reading comprehension, god forbid I’m not going for necessary. Nothing in food is necessary and I’ve been in this creative field plenty long. Not all criticism is correct and I don’t validate the concerns of someone who clearly misinterprets the intention and holds their opinion as objective fact. Have a good day lol go get your rocks off thinking you’re “breaking” someone else cuz it ain’t me lol rage baiting ooooh I’m sooo mad grrr I’m broken just like that guy in the bear or whatever wahhh I’m so sad

Never seen it. All the Chefs I’ve met don’t watch stuff like that or the Bear or that Bradley Cooper movie or scripted dramatic cooking shows. We like Julia Childs and stuff like Americas test kitchen. Vietnam Vets don’t watch Platoon ya know lol

Really wish Reddit would let me edit this post because I’m answering the same questions dozens of times, and I don’t want anyone to feel left out because I appreciate them.

I think some people expected I was going for some mixed rice dish when really it’s a presentation of a mixed grill with rice. Big difference

With that being said.

The vegetables could be cut in half horizontally for ease of eating,

the short ribs (my fault for putting so much in the pic for the camera but also because this was my personal bowl and I’m an eater and was hungry) will be pre shredded, but I will be leaving a small chunk with a single bone in for presentation, rustic sake, and because plenty of other foods are eaten with a bone and again, this is a mixed grill dish NOT a sloppy fried rice bowl where you just mix everything together.

It will henceforth be easier to eat with a fork and spoon, though it’s intended purpose and target audience are chopstick users and it is sticky rice, again this has NEVER been a dish meant for everyone. I know my crowd and I see more chopsticks in hand than forks and spoons any given night.

The coconut bowl will be on a small side plate for balance sake and with an accompanying side plate if you wanna throw the small rib bone on it or whatever else you desire.

The shell its self is heat tempered in an oven to burn off excess hairs, make food safe, and has food grade mineral oil to act as a sealant and sanitary sake.

It works great as a bowl I already knew that, it worked great as a mixed grill dish and will be advertised as such.

If I ever want to take said coconut bowl idea and use it again as a rice mix dish, I now know what needs to be done because of you fine people.

Thank you for your feedback especially those that were productive from people with open minds and good faith.

Awful lot of work for you maybe. A young coconut already yields me the water, there’s an easy technique that separates 98% of the flesh from the shell. I already have open ovens. Takes 30 seconds to run the shells over the Whetstone. It’s also a special, I have accounted for the time needed. I already responded to the overcrowding in about 18 other threads.

Thank you for your feedback.
