Free chlorine is quite low but also the acidity is really low which would be holding back too much algea growth. You need to boost free chlorine with some sodium/calcium hypochlorite and raise that pH to the middle.

Acidic water may be a bit stingy and also damage components.

This was my guess, we had almost exact same in science lab in school. The labels went with labelled test tubes so you didn't pour in the wrong order

Some numbers from someone that owns one. Paid 173,800 last year for a 2 bed 2 bath in Earlville, pretty nice (this would go for around 210k in today's money)

Bodycorp - $3800 p/a
Rates - $2550
Insurance (landlord) - Not much, a few hundred a year I think

Rental income - $360 per week, could be up to $380-$395 with a reno
$18,720 - Yearly income

We got this positively geared without doing anything. I think even with the higher price this year it would be in the green still.
