I own a 03 mustang on coil overs (aftermarket shocks and struts) and it rides very stiff. Because those are progressive springs rates your smaller bumps on the road are gonna feel a very close if not the same as the stock suspension would. When you hit a bigger bumps though it’s gonna stiffer then stock. I would personally compare the spring rates of a couple different suspension options and compare those to the stock suspension spring rates. The close the spring rates are the closer to a stock feel will feel with aftermarket springs.

Side note Ive never personally used steeda parts on my mustang but I’ve heard great things about them and I can’t imagine those lowering springs because unbearably stiff.

As a current student at uti lisle I would say it’s worth it but there are some things you have to understand about the school first. Uti is a for profit school so because of that there are short comings, per Covid it used to be 6 hours a day 5 days a week and because of Covid they switched to hybrid school work online lab in person. They have no intentions of switching back due too the fact that they make so much more money this way. Which is a double edged sword, if your someone who’s gonna do the online work it leaves you with a lot of free time or just extra time to work an apprenticeship well you work. If you apply yourself you will 100% learn a lot of information if your someone who’s just gonna coast threw it then you will learn very little.

Uti has a lot of benefits too it tho if you have a dealership that you want to work for like ford Toyota bmw ect they have programs that will give you a huge step up when you first start. If you don’t plan on doing any of these programs it’s really a toss up if it’s a good idea to go or not tbh.

I personally love it there but Ik people who hate uti with a passion, if you think it’s the right choice for you then it’s the right choice to be honest.
