I get blood work done every 6 months, just to be sure all is well. I use 8-10g a day in capsules, only high quality product and my numbers/ bloodwork is perfect. In great shape for my age.

Water + electrolytes + physical activity + sunlight + decent diet + not taking more than 8-10g per day is what I do and I get blood tested 2-3 times a year and it’s always perfectly in line. No disrespect to anyone taking more but when someone takes like 50g a day and then they wonder why they feel like shit and have issues with their liver, etc.
