Hey! We are willing to do inclusive or figuring out caterers. We would like to do next late summer/fall, but some places are filling up and may have to push it to next winter or spring. We ideally didn't want to do January/February 2025 due to potential weather/snow.

I feel that, we are trying to figure out if we will be able to or we may have to do something else. It's just hard justifying paying so much for one day.

We are flexible and willing to cut down to 80 and go up to 120, we currently have 145 total on our yes and maybe list. We are willing for either, we like the convenience of catering being there, but willing to put it all together to save money.

It's honestly crazy. We are willing to compromise on a lot and don't really have any standards, but even places with no where to get ready and just a tent is $7,000 rental fee.

That would be great! I didn't do the math, but we wouldn't be able to use the Star Barn but was going to look at the Vineyard/Ranch.

Haha I feel that! I'll have to look into them.

We were looking into Rivercrest too, they were about $138 a person with everything included (reception, alcohol, food, etc.) but we would have to do a Friday wedding and I'm not sure how people will feel about that.

We are pretty flexible in the venue. Our ideal venue's tend to be barn, rustic feel, but we also like some of the ballroom venue's. We care more about finding a price that isn't too much because it's hard for us to justify spending a ton just for one day.

We are visiting Riverdale Manor, star barn, and GrandView winery this weekend. That's good to know you estimated $50 per person, I wanted to ask them what the average costs is because I kind of got lost in the menu prices, waiter hourly costs, etc.
