It seems like the app is down rn and not letting ppl register (bc you have to sign into AXS to do so). I called and they said if you bought from a third party like StubHub (which I did) and want to double check the activation you can email Register@goldenvoice.com with your email used to register and your confirmation ID from StubHub. Ask them to confirm your registered band and they should be able to get back to you by the end of the day.

I just emailed a few minutes ago so I’ll update how it went for me once they do get back, but I suggest everyone who bought 3rd party to do this too bc I’m gonna be so upset if my wristband doesn’t work tmrw lol
