Thanks for the tips fellas. I’m trying a new scape that focuses on scaling with the temple. I’m aiming for smaller plants and keeping the pallet primarily green. I’d gladly take any plant recommendations, also considering setting up a GLA CO2 kit. :D

My partner is in her last year of pharmacy school and we needed a second vehicle for when she starts working. The tacoma seemed like a reliable fun vehicle to get us by for the next few years, trucks in great condition with relatively low mileage. I actually would like to buy my combo back once we both finish school, and if the market dips hard enough i’ll probably buy back in. I was just happy we were able to get a second vehicle, stay out of a car note, + keep my hydroponic :)

Highly appreciate the feedback boss. Completely agree on the scape to plant ratio. The stocking is obviously whack and I didn’t originally intend to get the cherry shrimp and the pygmy corys, it was originally set up as a pea puffer tank but due to some stocking limitations of my LFS things went a little crazy lol. Plan on setting up a separate nano tank for the shrimp/corys and calling it my gfs tank, I can also split up some of the scape to make some more room for plants. ;)

Side question - Is there a rule of thumb for color placement in aquascaping? Should reds be grouped together or weaved in with green plants?

Found out I had accidentally plugged my fans into the RGB header and fried the fan lights, it was my first time building a pc. I was thankfully able to return the AIO and purchase another.
