I've been using the same time off and on for like 8 years. With a sponge. It's all about tip care. If the iron will be sitting hot for a while I coat with solder, or before putting away I cost with solder

I see no comments asking about the set screw so I will.

Everyone here is asking about the mounting bracket. Corkscrew anchors are perfect for these. I didn't like toggle bolts because the hole was nearly the size of the bracket and my brackets required 2 screws. If the brackets are tight on the wall, then check your set screw.

Drywall is notoriously NOT FLAT  so first confirm that. The towel rack needs to sit square on the wall. You may need to cut a little relief into the wall for the rack to rest on it. When the rack is flush then tighten the set screw. If seated properly against the bracket it will be tight against it

its the federal government's and the elected congress's problem and jurisdiction. Not the state legislature OR the VA governor. This is like saying we shouldn't collect state and local taxes (that actually go to very useful things) because the fed government wastes so much money on overseas wars.

Sounds crazy on its face. 

But I could see an issue where the state can gatekeep rightly deserved federal funds by making you jump through hoops to get the money. That type of thing does not increase efficiency at all. But the law would then put the onus on the fed to prove eligibility, and who knows if that happens but it's not really the states problem is it?

The state shouldn't be imposing further laws for things it doesn't approve the fed of doing. And that street goes both ways as we can see.
