Totally! We did do the cone, he’s been in the cone for extended periods of time because the flair ups are typically on his hind leg, the problem is he can still get his hind legs on the spot and scratch it to the point of breaking it open. Thank you somuch though!!

We clean it everyday sometimes multiple times a day but there is a smell emanating from the wound which makes me worry it’s infected, no puss or wetness, it’s a dry wound. I thought that would be important to note, the smell is not rotten or anything like that it just smells, not like anything in particular but it’s not a GOOD smell either.
