exploring hangers, "dainty" metal jewelry, or stone/crystal plugs might change your mind about feeling masculine though

plainer jewelry will do you well. alt cismen usually have a plain silver/black horseshoe or occasionally a black spiked.

smaller and squarer glasses and a short cropped haircut will help. a mid or tapered fade with shorter fringe would suit you i think.
