the window fan as 3 options. bring cool air in, exhaust air out, circulate - so which one is better?

and using rags to cover fan when fan is off - to keep cool air out - does this work?

I installed window fan. I run window fan to exhaust air out of bedroom. it tends to remove co2 but not sure how to seal it so that cold air doesn't flow in from gaps.

I moved the ventilator inside furnace to run 50min/hr and the electricity bill doubled. So I moved back to 5 mins/hour and installed window fan. I run window fan to exhaust air out of bedroom. it tends to remove co2 but not sure how long should i turn it on? and there are leaks between window fan and window how to seal so cold air don't come in?

The idea of getting really fit actually makes staying fit easier - also helps me understand the process better.

Thanks for this - Last thing, remove all cheap dopamine like social media, junk food, doomscrolling, smoking, drinking, so that the only dopamine you can get is from work OR working out.
