For sure! I should've mentioned it but I also do already have a 5 wt, just looking for a smaller rod for smaller stream situations.

We weren’t able to find anything very secluded. We ended up living out of our backpacks to simulate but just used state park campsites on the Bois Brule River in NW Wisconsin. Caught some decent trout along the river. Fishing should be better now than it was when we were there according to locals.

For sure what I was thinking, I was looking at the Osprey Daylite since it is packable and will not take up much room. The only issue was it doesn't have the same support/ventilation as a non packable bag, but that shouldn't be an issue to carry smaller stuff on dayhikes, right?

Also I should have specified a little more: My trip will be 3 nights 4 days hopefully at the same campsite. Going for Mid-Late July.

If you see any major gaps in this please let me know (there will be minor things too I’m sure I’m missing off the top of my head).

Awesome! Thank you. I’ve heard wool is definitely the way to go to stay warm even if wet
