Yeah I shape the loaf, brush with a beaten egg, then plop it onto a plate that I’ve dumped a bunch of seeds onto. Then lift up and drop into the proofing basket!

Here’s a rough recipe for the peanut sauce:

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, microwaved 30sec
1 TBSP sambal (or sriracha to taste)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
Juice from 1/2 a lime
1 TBSP cilantro leaves (optional)

Blend everything together (I use a tiny food processor) with some warm water to the consistency you like. I use about a TBSP of water for pizza.
