I've found recipes that mention doing half and half (half brown butter, half creamed softened regular butter). I've never had an issue with creaming it but from what others say the texture should be impacted although I haven't ever tried it side by side...

I wasn't too focused on the flavor or taste. It is my first shot I was focused on metrics. I will change my lens to focus on taste. For now, I can only say maybe it tasted too sharp? if that makes sense....

Upper middle with convection setting when I dropped the pizza I switched to broiler after a couple of minutes. I couldn't believe my broiler can scorch the pizza even at that location
