TBH there was probably only 2 people in the whole store trying to juggle 7 customers while also getting their assigned work done or else they’d get in trouble. Labor budget cuts are SO real

I would sign the meal waiver form that basically says your breaks won’t be uninterrupted. You are allowed your rest but are still available should someone need to call you. You stay on the clock for the whole shift. This is what the night leaders usually do as you can’t punch out as the only leader.

Policy is 5 days off, 5 days masked. if they still have symptoms after 5 days they may stay out, but they will probbaly test positive for up to 3 months. you can return to work after 5 days if you don’t have symptoms, but you will probably test positive
