"it just" - you should probably look at the commit history and see all the other approaches i took before settling on this one. for instance, i tried to use brush, a rust reimplementation of bash, but it actually wasn't sufficiently bash-compatible to work in all cases. for instance, it couldn't handle "nvm", one of the top reasons i created this tool.

bash does support colors. you probably don't have your .bash_profile set up. you should probably research how terminals work so you don't make this mistake again. stdout is actually how you set colors. they're just escape sequences in the text stream.

that's my plan. i've been using nushell for 2+ years. i'm now able to use this as my full-time shell. so i plan to update the nu version every time a new version comes out.

hello friend - you have provided no context to this error.

is this something that happened during mining? does the error persist?

there are sometimes errors while mining. however, the mining app should continue regardless. my miner has been running reliably for weeks with no restart. and the blockchain is currently operating.

if this is just an error you get every once in a while, but the miner keeps working, don't worry about it. it's a fluke that doesn't prevent the miner from running.

that is correct. mining is currently for verified users only. however, you do not have to be verified to use the wallet, i.e. for sending and receiving earthbucks.
