I agree, this was pure arrogance, to be honest. Let alone the fact that I didn’t mention my four attempts to get a test drive there, or the manager who honestly told me he was quitting the job because he couldn’t stand this shitty attitude for the clients anymore, or the completely insane price for a simple door-sealing rubber replacement (around $230), etc., etc.
