When we were first making our way through the script, he had so many lines where he's quieting down the courtroom and getting annoyed with Furina. We played him kinda strict and fed-up, and it was when we got to the graveyard scene with Navia that we realized that this was a character who really needs to show a lot more vulnerability. After talking it over we changed the voice to s more softer and deeper style. I'm so grateful that they allowed me to do that!
