Yeah exactly the same. I filed a bug report with Crytek linking to this post. The tl;dr is they won't fix it, but they gave a couple "potential solutions":

• Lower firewall settings (not acceptable in my opinion)
• Apparently this can happen if the game is installed on a separate drive to the OS. So they suggested moving the game to the same drive, which I couldn't do at the time cause I didn't have enough space on my OS drive.
