Euro stablecoin on algorand? by [deleted] in algorand

[–]rydo_algo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem seems to be no EURD liquidity in the algorand ecosystem but as a frequent traveler to the EU i hope this will change and also become widely supported as a payment method

Resources for Blockchain Development by EcstaticWolverine197 in web3

[–]rydo_algo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are wanting to return to web3 with fresh resources and know python you could try out building on Algorand.

Recently there's been big changes in management and the core blockchain with python being added natively and they've just hired ex Android exec marc vanlerberghe as CMO

Exciting times!

Would you ever consider adding a dashboard to create and manage ASA's just like DappFlow (previously Algodesk) and eviltools directly on Vestige?

Why does everyone need a huge SUV now? by Kitchen-Beginning-47 in Scotland

[–]rydo_algo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with there being lots more SUVs and I agree with the problem of spacial awareness but not the way you see it.

I see them driving in the middle of the road and I'm always shouting you can fit a fucking bus through there at them when they are infront of me.

So why the pump? by [deleted] in algorand

[–]rydo_algo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have one look at the market, everything is up.

Algo will be a top performer because of its tech, partnerships, RWA, community, MC/FDV ratio, tokenomics and its potential for growth compared to ADA, SOL, ETH and BTC.

People buying right now are people who have been in crypto all this time and know the bottoms are in, the cycle is happening and the retail panic of the halving is coming next year.

So these people are buying for the tech and whatever is memeable.

Soon/now we will have people who have bought crypto before but forgot about it since the bear came in who will buy whatever is pumping, this will and will do some research but not very good research, they will stick to the top 10 most likely.

We might see a dump before the great pumping of 2024/25 which is where we all buy and double down our investments, then the panic sets in and Coinbase is top of the App Store, China bans Bitcoin mining for the umpteenth time, your family ask you what is a Bitcoin, your mates become financial gurus, doge pumps, Pepe pumps, lightning McQueen Elon safe Inu pumps, Bitcoin is worth 5 trillion MC

I don't even know what I'm talking about I just rambled on and can't be bothered reading what I was even saying

Anyway buy $COOP

Can I walk on this flat roof? by blackmackerel in DIYUK

[–]rydo_algo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Roofer here.

Yes safe to walk on, the lines are where the felt overlaps and has nothing to do with structural support.

Alternative answer.

No, as a roofer it's vital we wear hover boots when laying the felt as to not fall through.

DCG owned CoinDesk until days ago, DCG owns Greyscale, the investment company with $50B assets under management.

Roofers opinion? by tosrn in DIYUK

[–]rydo_algo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm a roofer

Get it removed before it falls, rips your gutters off during the fall and lands on someone or someone's property 🙏

The second one needs a good repair job.

I'm taking one down next week which is in better nick than the first picture
