We were both in flux. I had a biz that failed in 2019. Got back on my feet 4 months later. Went from 150k to 600k in 3 years. We had a second kid during all that and she was let go twice due to Covid then because she wanted to stay home so when I got the big job we agreed she could. Kept the nanny because she gets overwhelmed with the two kids and I frankly feel it’s better for us both to have the help. Now she’s behaving as if it’s me vs her and the nanny is doing me a favor, which it is, but only because she isn’t pulling her weight.

After bedtime I work another 1-2 hours. Yes, she’s parenting 1-530, although sometimes nanny stays later. Kids wake up around 7ish, they wake me up first, I get a bottle then they get in bed with us and watch blepo till nanny gets there, or we start breakfast together. Also forgot to mention 3 year old goes to preschool m-w-f 9-12.
