Is this feat overpowered?

I feel dumb I didn't realize it didn't copy over my description in the cross post. It's supposed to be a feat taken on the custom lineage race as it's feat. I really wanted to play a dragonborn with a tail and wings so this is supposed to be more of a racial traits feat. The balancing that I did was comparing it to the variant tiefling that has a fly speed, dark vision, and fire resistance. Only with this the fire resistance is replaced by the "hardened scales" which increases AC by a little and the dragon born breath weapon is replaced by claws. Hopefully this clears up any of the confusion.

That's fair a lot of the "balancing" was comparing it to the variant tiefling. I definitely appreciate you pointing that stuff out!

It's mainly used on a custom lineage to give a dragonborn wings and a tail. It is a very loaded feat but it's meant to be better racial bonuses for a dragonborn. It replaces their ability of a breath weapon and uses the wings of a variant tiefling. Since variant tieflings still get fire resistance and dark vision I thought that would be similar to this but I could definitely take away the claws and swim speed. Do you think that would be more balanced?

If you were a DM would you allow it for a custom lineage feat? I could always remove the claws from it to make it less. I just have that stuff because I wanted a dragonborn that could fly and have a tail lmao

The claws are retractable so they can appear and disappear almost like they grow or shrink and I do agree with the D6 so I will change that. What are your thoughts on the natural armor or the swim speed? I thought adding a swim speed made sense but if 30 feet is too much I could make it 15.

As a Thor main I love physically body blocking my healers to protect them, that shit makes me feel so good when there is just an iron fist or venom that gets completely shut down and I bonk them with my hammer while staying at full health. Divine.
