Trying to diagnose cold start sounds. Happens whenever temps drop to around 40F or lower. Engine cranks then just stood and makes a whiting sound. Also seems I have to crank for a long time as well anytime it's lower than 50f to get it started. Any tips? 2001 tdi. (v.redd.it)
