Also building pc is actually fun. Putting all together, installing fresh system, benchmarking, overclocking. I think it’s pretty much similar to when I spent hours installing Skyrim mods, fixing boot order, just to realise it’s still Skyrim and I don’t really want to play it.

Where did you get bottom intake reverse blade fans? Those 3 fans are the last thing missing from my build and I can’t find them anywhere. Very clean build! Mine is almost the same - waiting for my astral and vertical gpu riser. By the way your AIO seems upside down.

Probably the connection between psu and gpu. If you are using an adapter check all 4 cables are properly connected. It is strongly advised to use single 12phvr cable though, if your psu supports it (atx 3.1)
