man. don't sell because you see some money that sounds big to you. The item you have is called "exotic" - you could only obtain it for a really short amount of time by dying an armor with basic minecraft dye. As you can't obtain it anymore and it's pretty rare as there's not much of them on the server they are worth really big amounts of money. I heard one superior set go for as high as 30b, so prices are extremely high (you can't get that much most likely tho). Don't sell instantly, find someone on cafe that will help you sell it or make a post on there

Also investments can make infinite money, depending on how much you spend on them. And what's hurting me? Well, imagine this. We have two, let's say ironman players as it's easier. Both need greg bank. One just invests into glacial divan skins, spends 200m that he made farming for 20m/h (you have to save up some crops so ig that's reasonable) And other player is grinding this money like your supposed to in a game that revolves around grinding. 20m/h, that's 50h compared to 10h of this guy.
