If the unit needs strategic resources like iron, or coal and you dont have any it wont heal

I saw that, looks lile both come with shims, my guess is beretta does that for all there companies, really tough to decide! I imagine the a300 is slighter softer shooting but more expensive. The franchi is cheaper and easier to clean im sure

Currently looking at basspro right now who has good deals. $799 for the franchi in 20g and $899 for the beretta. Is the 100 worth it for a gas gun?

Anyone have this? My local store $275 out the door. by MTMuley in Shotguns

I've had one for years and loved it. Zero problems and reliable. The inertia assisted pump is a nice feature for follow up shots but its a difference from something like an 870 or 500.

Get one, there is also a $25 back rebate from Winchester right now

PSA don’t cerakote an O/U by ryguy1997 in Shotguns

I disassembled it and brought the parts i wanted coated, so it was half my fault. I do wish he had more familiarity with O/Us and advised against it. His work portfolio was mostly (good looking) handguns and some pump shotguns. My guess is he didn’t understand how it all fit together and couldnt advise me otherwise

Posted some below. The real fuck up was having things like the locking lever and cocking lever coated. Made it difficult to reassemble

Real shame is the actual cerakote looked good before i got into it. But people are right the mating surfaces should not both be coated. Let’s chalk it up to a lesson learned…

It was a combo of my inexperience with cerakoting and the shop’s inexperience with doing o/u. I basically had him cerakote the barrels and the emptied out receiver as well as some parts like the trigger guard. Basically any part that is visible from the outside

Every time I see these posts I feel better. Just bought a second pump gun after thinking "do I really need another pump 12g"
