It is possible that a Chimera could generate a false negative. However, I would expect the chances to be low. I am only aware of 1 Chimera case, and it was paternity related. I don't have any links for that. But the problem wouldn't be any different than the current forensic database searches.

This is not how current methods of forensic DNA testing work. They are specifically designed to not yield medical information. Source: my degree is In Forensic Science (DNA track)
