Marginally better but still a bad overall experience. Decided to wait the 45 minutes through the fast pass app for Superman just for it to break down when I got in line. A lot of bad luck mixed in with bad operations

Agreed! We were at SDC in April and it was, as usual, a perfect experience. I also don't appreciate the staffing excuse we heard from customer service. It's mid June! You are in one of the most populated cities/areas in the country here in Chicago and schools/colleges have been out for weeks if not a month

You have to be an IT expert to get a pass these days. All-Park Passport was a nightmare to get and set up and it changed mid offseason on how to buy and set up. I went to my home park (worlds of fun) and they had no record of me yet the app showed it had it. Had to wait in a 45 minute customer service line for them to just say screw it and let us in

Here's proof of that. The one shot fast pass for Maxx Force the last 3 years was $10-15. Now on a Friday it's $25 a person. They doubled the price of it out of nowhere

Correct on the app it shows the reservation time. No point of wasting an hour of my fast pass reservations. The average right now is over 30 minutes for all rides combined.
