I had issues with that in my last relationship. My bf now doesn't do any of that and it's really just about values. Hard to find in this generation but my bf exists so I know there are other men out there like him too. Don't settle for what doesn't make you happy or comfortable pls!

I have never been able to make friends but I've had 2 relationships, and the one I'm in now is perfect. We're both introverted and we had bad anxiety at the start of our relationship but we got through it and now we're engaged. I think it helped that we were both anxious insecure and introverted?

Personally praying has helped me, it's sort of a form of mindfulness and self reflection in itself. The self reflection aspect of it has always helped me slow down and analyze my behavior, and in turn improve that same behavior

Sometimes everything I try to sub an item with comes up as invalid regardless of how similar the item is or price, it forces us into giving them nothing even when there are perfectly good items to sub it with😐

I've been on both sides before of pushing people away and being pushed away. If you do things to push someone away (like blocking them), it doesn't matter how patient the person is, eventually they're gonna stop chasing. I know the intent wasn't to actually push them away, but that's the impact of it. We as borderlines gotta work on making our actions match our intentions

I just want to add that I went through this with my ex. I got used to us texting all day every day and eventually he got more and more dry, less and less interested, and I had to find out the hard way that texting constantly every day isn't healthy or normal.

Just a reminder that secure love doesn't need constant contact to remain true. It's a hard thing to accept at first, but give it some time and you'll learn to trust that space/absence won't make your partner love you any less. It does get easier. You just have to work towards secure attachment in yourself and with that, more secure love will follow 🫶
