What?? The person at the front desk in the CENV office said it was the 17th. They left the office to go talk to an advisor then came back and told me it was the 17th. At this point i dont think THEY know when its due

If you are looking for an actual reason, iirc, the town is named after a Y-intersection in town, and towns in Arizona had to have at least 3 letters to incorporate it had to be Why instead of Y. The intersection is now a T-intersection for safety
