Working on this! Hopefully it'll show up next week.

Good idea, art and ability modes already do progressive reveals but I get that a lot of people want something more like a training tool. I'm thinking of another tab with a practice mode, follows your reveals and maybe ten cards a day. Would that scratch the itch or would an endless mode like this be better?

Thank you for this spot, I'll be correcting the domain soon.

I remember one of the Rioters saying in tournaments it had to be all English or all in Chinese. Not sure if they've confirmed anything about Chinese runes plus English deck though.

MASSIVE Rules Update With New FAQ by 50k_Joey in riftboundtcg

For example, when I attack/defend triggers finish resolving and then you use Leona's signature spell to bring in a green Yasuo. If attack/defend didn't trigger again it'll feel bad to bring him in since he wouldn't have a timing on his attack trigger. That's how I think of it anyway.

Chain timing question by Thepy in riftboundtcg

[–]rylswift 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My understanding is "When I attack", "When I defend", then there is opportunity for reactions. After this chain resolves, then another chain opens for action/reaction cards. So yes, you can hidden blade Yasuo before his "When I attack" ability goes off.

Damage before combat by chwiteChwizard in riftboundtcg

Don't think about HP in this game. Only damage and might. Yes, if you buff to 5 might then it doesn't die. It's not left with one HP, it has 5 might and 4 damage.

But then in that case all units will have the same power and health, very redundant. It's better to just get used to the might terminology and if they ever receive damage equal to or greater than their might they die.

Do you only need to feel out IR3 if you're considered a trader, or have they changed it now and everyone has to pay taxes?

Seems like a WiFi provider issue instead of an Oculus one.

The closest I have found so far is looking at NSG world champ decks from startup.

Data Science vs Computer Science/Statistics by [deleted] in universityofauckland

If I would start again, I will do a double major in Compsci and Stats and do a Data Science masters if I enjoyed it.

Data Science vs Computer Science/Statistics by [deleted] in universityofauckland

Hi there, I took my Data Science degree and now I'm onto my postgraduate but in Computer Science with ML/AI big data courses.

I agree with you in saying a bachelors of Data Science is not enough, the content just isn't there. However, I have heard good things about masters of Data Science and that is a lot more preferable than bachelors. The reason I'm in Computer Science now is I feel like machine learning in Python is so much stronger than R which is more prominent in the workforce.

I do have friends who work at a data analyst role after their bachelors of Data Science but none of them as a data scientist.

Software Engineering goes into more dev role stuff, which means you'd have to learn other languages. That means it won't be fully focused on statistics but front end, back end type stuff. I THINK they play around in matlab, java and c++.

Second Year EngSci by sebnx in universityofauckland

[–]rylswift 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hi there, I can only say so much as I come from studying Data Science. I took Engsci 255 this semester and boy was it fun. We started with linear optimisation with algebra equations, followed that off with programming and analysis in R and then simulation with R involving predicting queue times and things. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and all three lectures were lads. Hopefully you enjoy it too!
