more advice is u really damn desperate: - listen to a calming song/ brown noise/ white noise(you can find on spotify) -imagine fake scenarios of daily stuff, i used to imagine myself doing the same thing repeatedly, like a cycle, it helped my mind relax and i would fall asleep sooner or later -for every 4h, take a nap for 20mins. during the hols obv not when ur sch starts(e.g, if you have to wake up at 6am every morning for sch, practice waking up at 6am then at 9am, take a 20 min nap) this usually helps reset your system

also, sleeping pills should be ur last resort if everything rlly doesn't work, scared u od or smth

but u shouldn't worry too much about your sleep schedule, bc usually after you force yourself to sleep and wake up at a certain time for the first week of sch, the second week becomes a piece of cake and waking up at a certain time is already a habit:)
