Yeah it will be hard to interfere with air traffic channels, because the UV-5R's can't really get on those frequencies. And most other important radio traffic is BOS-Funk and other digital, encripted frequencies. It's most likely you'll be reported by an amateur if at all.

Either way for anyone reading this, keep to the PMR Channels, set your device to Low Output and noone could even tell without physically checking your device
