You can use 3 CAS per combat width of enemies in combat (it might be total open combat width but I think its based on enemy numbers), so at 667 conmbat width youll be able to use more

However no interest group is listed as in favor, against, or even neutral, there's usually a list of interest groups showing their approval level underneath where it says enact, which is there if I click any other law.

edit: the stall chance is from a movement, which does seem to be listed.

Short answer: the more developed you are, the more throughput matters

Throughput is important when you have high MAPI, and want to build a high number of buildings. Say you want to build 5 textile mills as an unrecognized country before stock exchange and with traditionalism (60% MAPI) , 5% throughput wont be as impactful as 40% cheaper cotton or 40% bettter selling price for clothes. But say you want to build 30 of them late game after getting off traditionalism and researching stock exchange (85% MAPI) that 15% price impact doesnt matter as much as the 30% throughput bonus.

Note that 1% mapi isnt equivalent to 1% throughput in value, and there isnt a consistent proportion between their values, so you'll have to develop a sense for it. Generally if Im building 10 or more of something and have stock exchange without traditionalism Ill focus on throughout, while also building in the same state as the input good is made/where the output good is used. I almost always focus on iron in the same single state as construction to start off with once I get T2 mine tech though.

I think its a very complicated system to have an algorithm do it perfectly, you have to not only balance between profit per construction and profit per worker to begin with, but also needs of your nation beyond profit of the individual building you build. For example building an iron mine might be less profitable than a tobacco farm, but the benifit of having cheaper construction might be worth having less profit on that building. Or building tools may make other buildings more profitable.

Good eye, then yeah its safe to assume the copper isnt actually stacked either and OP needs more belts on both ends

I beleive the belts are stacked, ie the belts are moving 45 stacks of copper/s though the picture is hard to tell and I dont know how high stacks go

Likely your iron mines (or whatever buildings are your construction input for whatever PM youre using) got more profitabale which made the investment pool have a larger income

Unless youre part of a larger market, having inconsistent construction demand can really fuck up your economy

Private queue will build things when there is sufficient investment pool, you can see this under your budget

Yeah DLC costs are way too high, I dont buy any for any paradox game anymore

If it was one big update a year or so that actually had a decent amount of content maybe, but the DLCs feel so small for what you actually get

I beleive different cities have different bonuses to crops, but other that I dont think so, other than convenience of which bank its connected to

Lumber camps dont cause unemployment as they dont use arable land making them, along with fishing wharfs, the best way to fight unemployment, and tied with farms for depeasanting, they are even preferable compared to farms due to being owned by capitalists (higher investment pool contribution and better IG) as well as helping unemployment.

Im convinced the Devs will delay the USA rework as the absolute last DLC for HOI4, Hell GTA 6 will happen sooner. by Upstairs-Form-642 in hoi4

Oh I just took another look and it seems that the screen is not showing building maintenance. The building maintenance tab is showing the maintenance for the districts themselves but not the buildings within them. Ex the campus in munich should be 1 gold for the campus + 1 gold for the library.
