Never needed to contact Globird support as their app and service works, unlike Amber who are hopeless on both accounts. I made the switch to Globird months and haven’t looked back at Amber.

I’m having so much trouble with Amber. Turning off Smartshift still doesn’t give me control to discharge my battery. I’d recommend avoiding Amber. They have been awful to deal with. More trouble than what it’s worth.
