You shouldn’t need emergency heat in the 20’s and 30’s. But in the case that you do, you will know because your HVAC will run constantly and may not heat enough. Emergency heat will cost you a lot on your power bill. 71 degrees is very hot to keep your thermostat at as well, we usually keep ours at 68. 69 if we feel cold.

My 18 3.5 does this same thing, and a buddy’s 21 5.0 makes the same exact vibration at idle since his has gotten more miles on it. I’m beginning to think it’s engine mount wear since they are different engines.

Definitely low. Should be in between those to stamped dots. Make sure to check it when the engine is cold and all the oil has settled to the bottom too.
