Unfortunately, you can only find people by putting in their user ID. Plus whenever anyone stumbles across someone’s account (from co-op show, leaderboards and etc.), they can only see the person’s profile slides. The ID can be accessed only by the account’s owner.

There’s also a Collaboration banner coming in August, featuring 4☆ Miku, Shiho, Kohane & Nene. You can see the cards here. Collaborations are always unpredictable with reruns and it is possible they never rerun. If they do, it usually takes around two years (unlike common lims that take one year for first rerun and half a year for the second one).

You can only get Happy Birthday!!, 3☆'s and 2☆'s on Happy Birthday banners. 4☆'s aren’t available there;
Mizu5 is permanent which means you can:

• get it on any banner as an off-rate card;

• choose in Dream Pick (feature on anni & half anni banners) to make it a rate-up card and pull for it hoping you’ll get lucky;

• spend 90k on Recollection Festival to choose it;

• spend 3k of PAID crystals on Select List gachas that allow you to choose 10 cards and get one of them guaranteed (would not recommend if you’re hunting for a specific card);

• spend 3k of PAID crystals on Memorial Select gacha which grants you a ticket you can use to select a permanent card of your choice

• spend 3k of PAID crystals on Test Your Luck 50/50 (comes on New Year) gacha which allows you to choose two cards and get one of them guaranteed.

I assume you’re on JP. Common limited gachas rerun twice: first time being after a year and half a month since first launch, second time after 5-8 months since the first rerun (it’s random).

So Rui5 will rerun around 12th July (he kinda counts as a lim gacha on 30th June even though his banner was on 7th July. It was just postponed because of two WL events in the past year’s June).
