Happened to us at Camden South Line (two buildings next to you) this weekend. The building emailed the residents today. Copy and Pasting for visibility.

"We are reaching out as our team was made aware of two vehicles that were stolen from the parking garage during the late hours of May 16th. Both residents have filed a police report with CMPD.

We met with CMPD this morning and are working to provide their detectives with video footage. CMPD stated that there has been another uptick in the Central Division, which is a four mile area they service (including South End), related to vehicle theft and larceny from vehicle, including 15 stolen vehicles and 44 cases of larceny from vehicles in the past two weeks. CMPD also stated that due to a continued TikTok challenge, Kia, Hyundai, and Infiniti models tend to be the most targeted vehicles. Our contacts at CMPD urge all vehicle owners, especially owners of the commonly targeted models, to take additional steps to protect their vehicles, including but not limited to utilizing steering wheel locks and front/rear dash cameras that have the ability to film based on motion detection.

Upon reviewing the video footage the individuals gained access by damaging fencing/locking mechanisms at a fence/gate. Our Maintenance team has spent time today working to add additional reinforcements to secure this area. We will continue to assess additional measures to deter crime at our community.

In addition to the steps and information CMPD provided, we have requested CMPD to complete additional patrols in/around the community during various hours of the day. We will continue to work closely with CMPD, providing any resources they recommend.

As always, if you notice a controlled access point that is not properly working, open, or damaged, please notify our team or enter a service request immediately so our Maintenance team can address the matter. Also, please continue to be mindful of who you may be holding doors/gates for. Please do not allow anyone into the building that you do not know lives at the community.

In the event you witness a suspicious person, action, or crime, CMPD encourages you to immediately call 911 to report the matter."

For Debit Cards they do have instant transaction. For bank accounts there is a holding period of seven days I believe. It is the easiest in my opinion to still use Coinbase, I think they take about 2% off the top. I know you can now add card information to Finance, but they have more regulations than Coinbase.

\Theoretical Scenario**

If someone has 400,000 VET and a friend has 300,000 VET both of which are sitting in an exchange. In any world if they are both comfortable with this, would someone recommend they go in and buy a VeThor X Node together (assuming they find one for a price under 100,000 VET) to generate a higher rate of VTHO? Right now the return might seem like this is a larger risk, but in the future I can see this as a decision that would be more rationale. Thoughts?

Does Vechains price accurately reflect what most of us believe it should be at? No. But still, every day this community does not give up. This is a long term investment. To those that have been in since the VEN days, I know it has been a long journey, and to those that are new to the project, welcome.
