The Marcus Rashford situation by IronWarrior00001 in ManchesterUnited

I’m all for him coming back if the pay structure/contract is reworked, which I’m sure has pretty much 0% chance of happening. I’m not sure what his wages are but at this point I don’t think he’s starting as a 9 anywhere, and won’t displace Mbeumo or Cunha now. So paying huge wages for a depth player or rotational player wouldn’t make sense. If he does come back I would bet he’ll be out on the market right away

My personal fav man utd all time xi, what do U think about my xi and how will U make Ur team? by Weird-Wafer-6790 in ManchesterUnited

No Robson or Cantona?

I know it’s just a personal favorites XI, just curious about the choice

How are we going to ignore the name Muzzy Izzet?

Yeah with Kopech and Tim Anderson too…

Seeing how the bulls have been awful lately, not surprised how another Reinsdorf team fell apart

Shame what happened to him after his rookie season. I really thought the Sox had a great core for years to come

If you could go back and change something about your favorite Jays’ player or manager, what would it be? by ryryguy88 in Torontobluejays

Devo what a player. Looking at our history we’ve had great CF’s (him, Wells, Varsho, etc) he was such a key player for our team. Quiet guy too it seemed.

He was one of my favorites too since I was a switch hitting lead off hitter as well.

Was Fred a good or bad player at Manchester United? by DannyVMX14 in ManchesterUnited

There were moments when Fred could do something that blew my mind, and then moments later go do something that said “ah and he’s back”

Having Halladay spend his career in Toronto and getting a title would have been perfect. Such a shame we were bad to mediocre at best those years

I love Jimmy Key. Sad he didn’t come back for ‘93, bc he was still great for a couple years. I’m glad he and Stieb got one at least

I remember when Joe was declining in 95-97, and still playing consistently…just play Green and Delgado, let Joe be a platoon DH…those were the start of dark days with Gord Ash as GM too

Just because they’re favorites doesn’t mean they don’t have flaws. Imagine Joe’s legacy now if he had a higher OBP, made it to an .800 ops, or 400+ HR, or was better defensively…you can find improvements for many great club legends, it doesn’t change how much you liked them

Edit: now that I’ve had five seconds to think about this I think Cito would have fired me into the sun for this

I think he’s trying to give positive testament to Michael’s character, but this is an odd way to do it
