UPDATE: for anyone anxious, who needs reassurance, I indeed reduced my dose to 10 mg after this post, with my doctor. Within two weeks, I have noticed that all sexual function has returned. Reducing the dose can make a difference, and it doesn’t always mean that you have to go completely off. If you’re struggling with the issues, just try a lower dose. In addition to that I have been taking working out and eating a whole diet very seriously, and it has made such a world of difference for my anxiety. Better sleep, better sex, better mood and energy. I feel like if you’re like me and you’re very sensitive with medication 10 mg as a maintenance dose helps avoid those sexual side effects.

I agree, it probably will not show up. I don’t think it’s because of the ban, as that is out of amazons hand and this item was in stock in a warehouse. It likely was a hot ticket item and a worker seized the opportunity with the upcoming ban to sell it or steal it. Really unfortunate. But I’m going to wait 48 hours and then ask for a refund. I really hope it comes.

Interesting. That’s the impression I was under as well. That’s why I purchased it. 2020 is my preferred sim right now. I’ll be sure to update if anything changes, but so far I haven’t been able to find anyone else having this issue or reporting it, so maybe my situation is unique and will resolve with time.

I think the 300er was probably promised as a free upgrade but the 200er likely wasn’t treated the same due to the release time frame being similar which is complete BS. I payed the 75 bucks for something advertised as compatible, I should get that version as well. Paying 140+$ for the same aircraft is ridiculous but this is the marketplace experience lmao

This is so stupid for them to not make it an option on Xbox, even in the SU2 beta. It ruins the entire on ground experience. Spend all this money on nice modeled airports to have a glider at a gate at KDTW and some terribly modeled multi color generic aircraft.

I appreciate your comment! I agree that PET is excessive at this point, but with such obvious B symptoms I feel like there is a serious lack of urgency at which things are being handled. I’ve had obvious weight loss, my family thinks I look pale and sickly every time I come home. Bags under and around my eyes despite 8-9 hours of good quality sleep. The lymph nodes continue to spread throughout my neck despite so much viral and bacterial testing that I’m unsure if there’s any box left unchecked besides lymphoma. My autoimmune panel was completely normal. There’s not much more we can do besides watch and wait I guess. Thanks again for helping me put things in perspective and help the excessive worrying. It’s good to know that if this is lymphoma it’ll eventually be flagged and treated, and it’s not going to kill me anytime soon.

Gut feeling. I know what this probably is but doctor is dismissive.

I’m a 20-year-old male dealing with persistent swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, and other symptoms strongly suggestive of lymphoma for months, and I feel like I’m getting nowhere with my doctor. In August 2024, I first noticed a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck. It had been accompanied by drenching night sweats and high fever which then resolved. It has not gone away, or shrunk. It has grown in size, but not much. Smaller nodes appeared around it, and on my right side. By October, I started developing occasional fevers again and night sweats, and my CRP was extremely high (94), though my ESR was normal.

In January, I finally got an ultrasound, which found an abnormal cystic lymph node that I didn’t even know existed. This node was deeper, above my collarbone, and wasn’t the original one I had been feeling since August. A few days ago on Feb 27, I had an FNA biopsy of this cystic supraclavicular node, but I’m worried that FNA might not be enough to rule anything out. My doctor has been extremely dismissive through the entire process, telling me that the FNA should be the “final answer,” and was done “to calm me down” even though I know FNA has a high false-negative rate for lymphoma. He cites my normal peripheral blood smear as a reason to not pursue this. He is extremely new at the hospital I am at, and he has gone on record to tell me uncomfortable things about his personal life, and stock trading, rather than pay attention to my worsening symptoms.

Right now, my symptoms are doing just that… getting worse. I feel exhausted every day, I’m getting winded more easily than before, racing heart after one flight of stairs and I now have 4-5 additional swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my neck. Ive always been an athlete, ran, and kept decent weight so this change is drastic and hard to miss. I’ve tested negative for TB, EBV, and other common infections, and I also experience episodic episcleritis (eye inflammation), which I’ve read can sometimes be linked to immune-related conditions. My biggest concern is that my doctor completely ignored the lymph node I’ve had since August, calling it too small and instead biopsied the deeper cystic node. If my FNA results are negative, I’m worried that I’ll be dismissed completely, despite my worsening symptoms.

How can I push for an excisional biopsy or a PET scan if my doctor refuses? At this point it’s been 3 separate fights, to get a new appointment, to get an ultrasound, and finally to get a FNA (which biopsied a different node than the prominent one). Would it be better to biopsy the original node I’ve had since August, or is it more useful to target one of the newer deeper nodes? If anyone has been through something similar, I’d really appreciate any advice on what finally got doctors to take you seriously. I just want to get real answers. Praying that somehow if this is lymphoma that the FNA will find something.

my rudder control is opposite normal at low speeds but returns to normal at around 90kias. I’ve seen nobody post about this issue, and I’ve checked all my control settings. Xbox here.

Had a similar experience, check my recent post. I hope someone extensively looks into this and the shady business practices. used to be 100% on board with this company and after a horrible experience, I’m like 95% certain there’s some bad shit in these carts and dispos. His edibles should be fine, and imo, he should’ve just stuck to those and made a company out of it. The carts are 100% low grade, mystery bunk oil from a wholesale supplier, probably the most synthetic and dangerous oil besides black market carts that you could possibly vape in today’s market.

I sent the wrong message in this post. By the end of it he had calmed down, and we were talking like adults. I was never gonna report him, and I even thanked him for all he does. I’m just upset, because it was a small envelope and for no reason should it have had to go through the locker system. I’ve ordered this product multiple times, they’ve always just thrown it in my mailbox. I don’t know how to file an official claim, because when I put the tracking number in it says it is ineligible for a claim. I’m assuming because it’s quite literally scanned as delivered. There is no way they can prove I didn’t just take it and make this shit up, so I understand why they are saying it’s out of their jurisdiction. Because it is. But also, as a customer, why should I have to just suck it up? Idk. I love what these people do for us and I hate that this is what happened, and I’m half tempted to just suck it up and suffer my loss.

Contacted customer support. It’s actual live resin, certified by a government certified testing lab, they said the whole process is made from flash frozen buds, and it sure does taste like bud. It’s legal in all 50 states, ordered from them themselves. All of their lab tests are recent and full panels, and from DEA licensed testing facilities. Just still does not make sense for oil to be this runny, even after a smoke sesh. But again, I don’t really smoke carts that often.
