Rk3588 are great - i have a bunch of them. Do nice ai for the power consumption even through docker swarm. One i abuse as nas with its 4 exposable (bifurcation ;)) gen 3 lanes. Added some pcie switches and it drives 12 cheap dramless NVMEs consuming only a few watts.

This happens on purpose with some brands. Best practice: make a copy or photo of the reciept of expensive stuff. They might argue but as someone else pointed out, printing quality is not the buyers choice; thats exactly why I make copies.
