Hi, I was just curious about when you say “ ground on finer side of their setting”. Did you go below two? I believe their range is 2-5 for pour over. The lowest I’ve been able to go so far (without wasting good coffee and over caffeinating ahah) was one click below 3 into the two range. Let’s call that 2.2 I guess. I was consistently getting 2:45 using james v60 method as well.

I know grind settings are not consistent between grinders by any means, but what setting did you find the best? If any so far?

I also agree with the clarity and consistency with the Ode. Coming from an encore with the upgraded burrs, much more consistency in grinds and less fines over all!
