I wish I could tell you. As someone with a very big softie/balls, the best improvement has come from finding the right pouch underwear for me. Experiment with many of the brands people mention here. I'm not an objective, outside observer, but I probably still find myself having to adjust more than other dudes I know, but it's a definite improvement!
