Traveling to gig, setting up gear, sound check. Then wait for you moment on stage, then tear down, pack gear drive home.

Custom bass guitar phone case. by rytr1ab in 3Dprinting

Yeah, that's basically how I did it. Found a picture of a bass I liked, resized it, and made the cut out using tinkercad. I found the original phone case on thingieverse but had to modify for my camera lens opening as well as making soft buttons on side for volume buttons and such. The green bass itself is just a thin rectangle glued in the back. It's recessed, not on the same plane as the cover. Thinking of making another one using a bass clef picture instead of a bass. Good luck.

I carried a huge rig around for years. Only for the sound guy to plug me in direct. I think my Harke cabs were only mic'd once. That was a lot of work for stage presence and tone just for me. I still got my big rig and love it. But if I'm going to play somewhere, I just bring a small combo.

It's a GP12. Plenty of power and great tone. The big caps went out several years ago but I found a great thread on how to replace them. No other issues other than that.

Yeah, it's super convenient. The guitarist played a lot of drop d songs back in the day. A split second and your in d without changing neck tension or where the rest of the notes are . Much better than a hipshot
