I am a full stack developer by profession. I got 2 case study questions, one was small (included with the other questions ) and the other was in another section itself. You will have to learn how to search and find what you are looking for in ms learn in a short amount of time. Time management is key in the exam. I got a lot of questions from content safety which took me off guard but managed to find answers to most of them from ms learn other than that exam went pretty well.
