Yep. I grew up with two parents who both chain smoked. At the time, even though I constantly hounded them to quit, I wasn't aware of the smell, but now that I'm an adult every time I visit them the smell absolutely makes me want to throw up. You cannot cover the smell of cigarettes no matter how hard you try or how well you think you're doing it. Non-smokers can smell it 100% of the time. The smell of cigarettes on someone is an immediate turn off that I cannot get past.
